N\u00e1doby mohou b\u00fdt plastov\u00e9 \u010di d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9. V\u017edy je p\u0159ed t\u00edm vymyjeme a zbav\u00edme p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch zaschl\u00fdch ne\u010distot. Je samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me n\u00e1doby od chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, barev atp. N\u00e1doby by m\u011bly m\u00edt objem 50 a v\u00edce litr\u016f!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\"><strong><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\">Kva\u0161en\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\" style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Napln\u011bn\u00e9 sudy p\u0159ikryjeme v\u00edkem nebo igelitovou foli\u00ed a um\u00edst\u00edme je do m\u00edstnosti bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdkyv\u016f teplot (pokud mo\u017eno do 20 \u00b0C). P\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 kva\u0161en\u00ed pomaleji. Cel\u00fd proces prob\u00edh\u00e1 samovoln\u011b. Po n\u011bkolika dnech se na povrchu vytvo\u0159\u00ed tzv. &#8220;deka&#8221;, kterou nenaru\u0161ujeme, nebo\u0165 tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159irozenou ochranu proti infekci a zabra\u0148uje ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m alkoholu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\" style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Kvas pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b kontrolujeme, a pokud se na povrchu vytvo\u0159\u00ed pl\u00edse\u0148, odstran\u00edme ji. Po celou dobu kvasem nem\u00edch\u00e1me a sudem neh\u00fdbeme. Letn\u00ed ovoce kvas\u00ed od 3 do 6 t\u00fddn\u016f (z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na teplot\u011b), pozdn\u00ed ovoce (\u0161vestky, hru\u0161ky, jablka) kvas\u00ed 8 a\u017e 12 t\u00fddn\u016f. Op\u011bt z\u00e1vis\u00ed na teplot\u011b. Kva\u0161en\u00ed je ukon\u010deno, kdy\u017e neunik\u00e1 ji\u017e oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd. Vyzr\u00e1l\u00fd kvas m\u00e1 zdravou v\u016fni, \u0161\u0165\u00e1va nen\u00ed sladk\u00e1. Deka se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 propadat. Tuto je vhodn\u00e9 odstranit, ne\u017e se propadne. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\"><strong><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\">P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 uskladn\u011bn\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\" style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Zdrav\u00fd vyzr\u00e1l\u00fd kvas je mo\u017en\u00e9 uskladnit (jsou-li term\u00edny v p\u00e1lenici obsazen\u00e9) po dobu 10 a v\u00edce t\u00fddn\u016f. Op\u011bt z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na teplot\u011b m\u00edstnosti, kde je kvas uskladn\u011bn. V takov\u00e9mto p\u0159\u00edpade je vhodn\u00e9 zamezit p\u0159\u00edstupu vzduchu ke kvasu. V letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed se doporu\u010duje vyp\u00e1len\u00ed kvasu co nejd\u0159\u00edve. Mrazem se kvas nepo\u0161kod\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\"><strong><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\">Mno\u017estv\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wnd-align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"wnd-font-size-120\" style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed kvasu pro p\u00e1len\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt 200 litr\u016f.
